Refund policy

 

While we always hope that you will love your jewelry item as much as we do, we understand that it won't always be the case. That's why we have implemented a return and exchange policy. 

 

Return/Refund:

ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. Customers have 24 hours from the time of receiving/signing for the package to notify us of any intention to return the item for a refund. Please send an email to info@andaazjewels.com. We will call you within 48 hours of your email to confirm. Once confirmed, we will issue a FEDEX EXPRESS/UPS EXPRESS label which will be sent to the customer. Once the jewelry item is received by Andaaz it will be inspected for wear and damage. When approved, the customer will receive a refund minus their original shipping fee (if there was one) and less $35 for the return shipping. Andaaz Jewelers reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if it is shown to be worn or damaged while in the possession of the customer. 

Orders that have customization or work done such as but not limited to ring or bracelet sizing, coloring or plating are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds or returns. 

Custom and CLEARANCE orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

Retirement Sale: Orders placed on or after June, 17th, 2026 are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

 

Affirm + Shop Pay Installments Returns

If you purchase your item using Affirm Financing or Shop Pay Installments. Your return will be subject to a 10% fee that will be deducted at the time of refund. This is in addition to the $35 return shipping cost that will be deducted as well. 

 

Exchanges:

 

Customers have 72 hours from the time of receiving/signing for the package to notify us of any intention to exchange the item for another one. Please call 630-724-1700 or send an email to sales@andaazjewels.com.We want to make sure that you always get what you want, so both in-store or online we will find you what you love. Just contact us and we will get the process in motion.

 

Open Package Policy

If a package appears to have been opened, tampered with, or otherwise compromised at the time of delivery or pick up, you must either reject the shipment outright or open and inspect the package in the presence of the shipping or delivery employee to confirm its contents.

By accepting a package that shows signs of being opened without inspection, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the package and its contents.
Once an opened package is accepted and removed from the possession of the shipping employee, Andaaz Jewelers will be unable to assist with replacements, refunds, or insurance claims related to missing or damaged items.
