Shipping policy
- Orders of $300 or more qualify for FREE Express Shipping.
- $15 flat rate shipping for all other orders.Â
- Once an order is placed, we will call you within 1-2 business days to confirm your order and shipping address. Orders are usually fulfilled within 24 hours of confirmation, but can take longer during holiday seasons.Â
- Every order will be shipped via Express Shipping and require a signature at the time of delivery. This can take between 1-3 days, depending on the shipping address. Orders are shipped Tuesday-Friday.Â
- Once the shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your order tracking information.Â
- If you require expedited shipping please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Why do we charge $15?
- All orders are shipped UPS EXPRESS, the package is insured, and requires a signature to receive shipment. This costs us anywhere between $35-$55 depending on where it is being shipped. Therefore, for orders under $300, we discount shipping rates to a flat $15 to try and be as accommodating as possible. Orders $300 or more ship for FREE.
